This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise handle personal information in connection with our employer-facing services — that is, information collected from people who enquire about filling a driving vacancy.

Trucker Recruitment (ABN 13 690 915 892) is a permanent truck-driver recruitment company based in Victoria, Australia. We specialise exclusively in permanent HR, HC and MC driver placements across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

3. What information we collect
When an employer or representative of a transport business submits an enquiry through our website, we collect:
- Contact name
- Company name
- Work email address
- Phone number
- Depot or job location
- Licence class required
- Description of the vacancy
- Source information (how you found our website, including any Google Ads campaign parameters)
We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act.
4. How we collect information
We collect employer information when you submit our online employer enquiry form at truckerrecruitment.com, or when you contact us directly by phone or email.
Our website may also collect standard technical information through web server logs, including IP address and browser type. This information is used for security and site maintenance purposes and is not linked to individual identities.
5. How we use your information
We use employer information to:
- Respond to your vacancy enquiry
- Understand your driver requirements and identify suitable candidates

Employer enquiry submissions are received and stored through Formspree Inc., a third-party form processing service. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We will retain enquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary for our business purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.
8. Overseas disclosure
Formspree Inc. is a US-based service provider. By submitting an enquiry through our website, your information may be stored on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
